Wk3 lab no longer accessible

The week 3 lab https://www.coursera.org/learn/generative-ai-with-llms/gradedLti/SKFfM/lab-3-fine-tune-flan-t5-with-reinforcement-learning-to-generate-more-positive is not accessible.
When I click launch the app, it says course closed.

Is the course really closed? I have last bit of the week 3 to finish. Could someone please help?
