A matrix is singular if and only if the row echelon form has only 1s and no 0s?

Hi all, This is from week 2, row echelon form at 3:09. I don’t understand this statement, I think if a matrix is singular, it’s row echelon has at least one row that is all zero.

Seems you are wrong, let me tag @chris.favila I also believe this statement is wrong in the videos!

Hi. Tagging @lucas.coutinho because he handles this course.
