Which topics knowledge of python is expected before starting this course??

Welcome to the community. There is no such well-defined list of Python topics that you should be familiar with before starting with specialization. If you are considerably familiar with Python, then I would suggest you to start with the specialization, and learn whatever topic you feel unfamiliar with on the go. However, if you are completely unfamiliar with Python, any Intro to Python course should be sufficient to start your journey. For instance, you can check out this tutorial for starters, and pave you own way from here. I hope this helps.
