"account is still in cleanup" error

I am trying to open Lab3, but keep seeing the message “account is still in cleanup”, can you please resolve this issue?

Only DLAI staff can do that. It can take a few days (and considering weekends when they are not on duty).

Sorry, I have nothing to add. I’m not a mentor for that course, and DLAI handles the account issues.
