Hello, I am a newbie here, and I apologize if I am posting my question in the wrong place.
I am enrolled in AI for everyone and in week 1 of the course, Andrew describes the limitations of AI in What AI can and cannot do. He has provided a great example of AI limitation when it comes to generating complex and empathetic responses to customer emails. My question is, isn’t the chatbot already doing that. How is it different from what Andrew is talking about in this video?
