Approximate Nearest Neighbors - functions not defined

In lesson 3, I am getting a not defined error for the following functions: nearest_neigbor, construct_HNSW, and search_HNSW. Where are these functions defined? Do I perhaps have an incorrect library version? Thanks for your help.
