Assignment for week 1 of One Variable: Cost Minimization _ calculus for ML and Data science

hi fellows
i have a question i was reading and trying to solve the assignement for week 1 of One Variable: Cost Minimization _ calculus for ML and Data science , and i wonder that can i download the dataset of the questions and run through my own PC ? the data that jupyter notebook is using to ask question.
and another thing , is it just me or some of you guys find the questions a little bit harder than the Educational content?

You can find the dataset by opening the File menu, then doing to the “data” folder and download the “prices.csv” file.
