why there is so much confusion on selection of category.
When these categories are given, there are reason why a learner needs to choose a right categories, so the mentor helping you or respective course mentors can guide you correctly.

you had posted comment on a totally different specialisation. That’s why I said even if error seems same, chances are your issue might be totally different.
The good part is you put effort to search similar threads with similar error which can happen totally and that is the right approach but always check if specialisation, course, week and assignment matches with those threads when searching for a solution error.

Really appreciate your help. Coursera customer service confirmed I am on an older version of the course and they have no way to upgrade me right now. What do I do next? @Deepti_Prasad can my assignment be manually graded?
this course doesn’t have any updated version as you had posted in an incorrect category of specialisation that confusion had occurred as that course was recently updated. So don’t worry you are working on the latest available version of your assignment and course.

You are passing in one of the layer for tensorflow with bool argument ( ), your error is pointing to towards this issue.
