AWS Account is still in clean up

I am unable to launch AWS. I get the error message - AWS account is still in clean up.

NOTE - I have previously faced two other problems, one relating to Kernel and the other about not being able to launch Sagemaker studio. Request you to fix the problem so I can complete the entire Course. Week-3 Lab is the ONLY thing pending for me. TIA !

Need help on the same. Was there a time limit. Google Search says the bill expired in Voraceum?
