AWS Networking Overview- VPC , ACL net example

Here the coordinates:

I’m not understanding well the 120 or 130 rules also reading the comment of the row.
The addresses 192.0.2.0/24 are the ones in the private home Lan. Is it ? The public home addresses are not mentioned in the rule. Is it ?
The comment confuse me, it is referring to public addresses but if I am not wrong addresses with 192 as first byte are private.

Could you explain better or rephrase the comment of the rows/rules (120 or 130 ) ?

Thx in advance.

Hello @campa,
Yes, you are correct IPv4 addresses starting with 192 with CIDR notation are private, that way the allocated address goes through the NAT (which serves as an internet gateway) and allows resources in a private subnet to connect to AWS services.
I think both 120 and 130 rules (SSH and RDP) use the same protocol and allows inbound/outbound traffic through your home network. The IPv4 public address range goes through the NAT which is ‘attached’ to the public over the internet gateway.
