Binning Popularity - instructions issue

Hi,
According to instruction for binning there should be 3 categories.

If i setup the binnings according to instructions i get as result 4 categories

I order to achieve the result with only 3 categories as expected i had to replace the last instruction for the “Low” category by

then i got the right answer as expected.

I guess the instructions have to more precise about the “Low” category ?

That might be an indication of some non-numeric values in the rating column which we should decide how to categorize. Perhaps we should start with some examination.
