C1W4 all tests pass, but I only get 67% of the grade

Hello,
I am on C1W4 programming assignment and it says all tests pass, but I only get 67% of the points and thus fail. I refreshed my notebook and the same thing still happens.

What is the detailed feedback from the grader? Please post a screen capture image.

Note: Passing the tests in the notebook does not prove your code is perfect. The grader uses different tests.

Tom,

For example, here is exercise #3 and you see it didn’t throw any error and it says All tests pass but I only got partial credit. There are 5 exercises total. I got full credit for the first 2 exercises, but #3 was partial and I have no idea why. I captured the full output here and pasted it here.

What is the detailed output from the grader?

What will your code do it the dataset Y does not have exactly 55 elements?

Tip: Avoid hard-coded values.
