C2_W2_Assignment "tag_counts" dictonary is missing

Hello,
in the jupyter notebook assignment the dictionary “tag_counts” is introduced to the function create_transition_matrix (UNQ_C3 GRADED FUNCTION: create_transition_matrix); however, it’s not there/not defined. When I compared the table of contents and the actual content. It appears like parts of the exercises are missing ( Exercise 1 - create_dictionaries (UNQ_C1), Exercise 2 - predict_pos (UNQ_C2) ).
Does anybody else face the some problem? How can I get the complete notebook?

I think this assignment isn’t in the Machine Learning Specialization. Please edit your post to move it to the right category, or share the name of the course here.

Hi @EvaS

You are correct - tag_counts are created after you implemented create_dictionaries() function correctly (in UNQ_C1).

If you think you accidentally deleted some parts of your notebook, you can get the fresh copy (be sure to back up your previous work first).
