C2W1 video2/3 sound problem

There is a disturbing sound throughout the video. When I connected to Coursera help, I was told that I needed to download the video and edit it with equalizer settings. The ‘Basic Recipe for Machine Learning’ and ‘Bias/Variance’ videos have this problem.
