C2W1Lab2 Jupyter notebook not opening for Practice LAB Interacting with DynmoDB

I am unable to load jupyter note book as part of practice lab interacting with dynamo DB in Course 2, Week 1. I am stuck at this point.

Mostly this issue happens as a result of network connection limitations. Can you please try again using a VPN, proxy, or even another network?

I having a similar problem for Course 2, Week 1, Practical Lab 3. My lab opened successfully and I can connect to create an environment using Cloud9. However, after running source scripts/setup_jupyter_env.sh. I can’t open the Jupyter Lab using the provided link. I have tried twice by reconnecting to a new lab session and the same issue occurred again. How can I tackle this problem?

Sorry for the inconvenience. Have you tried connecting to Jupyter Lab using a VPN or proxy? Can you use another network?
