Please, try again in a fresh lab session. If the issue persists, there might be a problem with the connection between your network and the AWS servers. If possible, try using a VPN or changing your VPN if you are already using one. Let us know how it goes.
same here for Data Quality with Great Expectations
how do one starts a fresh lab session? restarting cloud9 somehow or totally relaunch lab app from cousera?
i deleted the ec2-instance (cloud9 environment) from aws console and created new one, then jupyter lab opened finally
