Could you try updating to a new notebook, you can follow these instructions:
-clear cache or use a different browser,
-In Coursera make sure you are logged in with the correct account
-making sure your ad-blocking software is turned off on your browser or network

- Try a different browser (someone was using Windows 11 and Firefox then switched to Brave and it worked)
