Hello,
I’ve been encountering this issue since yesterday.
Whenever I open the AWS console and search for any service (i.e., Cloud9), it keeps loading and the service never shows up. This happens with any service I try to search.
I already tried logging out and opening the console again, cleaning cache and cookies, changing regions, relauching the console several times but without success.
I’m stuck at this point and would appreciate guidance on how to fix this.

I couldn’t reproduce the issue but maybe a staff @esanina @jessica-dlai is more familiar and could help. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot by yourself and it could be related to the site but since I am not an AWS expert, I cannot provide any more help other than the lab. @samueltorresf just in case could you fill out this form with the C2W2 lab you are having the issue. This should refresh the lab related to your account. It could take some time because its during the weekend, thanks
Not sure what’s the issue. I opened the lab in Safari instead of Chrome and it worked.

Unfortunately I was not able to reproduce this issue either. I’m glad that switching browsers worked, great job sticking with it @samueltorresf and sorry for the confusion with the AWS console.
