please advise
Hello @bhuppy,
Could you try incognito or a clear cache/different browser. If you are using a company laptop there could be a security firewall issue and need to ask for permissions. Try to connect through a different network, or with or without a VPN. Thank you
i am using personal laptop. i tried incognito window, i cleared browsing data ( cookies ). not working yet.
Hello @bhuppy,
Sorry for the inconvenience you experience unable to load the console. I hope a staff @esanina @jessica-dlai could reach out related to your issue. They will be able to provide more meaningful answers. Also did you try a different browser like Chrome or Mozilla ?
Hi @bhuppy,
Unfortunately I was not able to reproduce this issue, the console homepage load without issues for me. Another learner reported similar issues and switching browsers seemed to have fixed the problem. Please try using another browser to load the lab and open the AWS console. Let us know if this resolves the issue. Thank you for your patience!
Jess
is this because i am financial aid student, so all the features / resources of course are not available to such students ? i have bought only this particular courses as of now, not the entire specialization course because i do not have money.
Hello @bhuppy,
Since your financial aid is approved and you can start the lab, the issue has to do with the AWS console. I am not an expert, but you can check this AWS link that says which browsers are supported (e.g. Chrome or Mozilla). If you are still having trouble with your AWS account or resources, you can complete this form.
@bhuppy glad its fixed now and you can continue your labs!
