For some reason, AWS console link is not working anymore. I’ve restarted the machine / rebooted the lab / reran the cells. But its still not opening the console. Can you pls look into it?

Your lab might exceeded limit, could you submit this form for a lab refresh. Choose an option like ‘aws link is empty’ and it should take 2 business days to fix it. Thank you

I couldn’t find the notification last time when I requested lab refresh.
Can you please remind me on which email id I’ll be getting the notification? Am using my company id as well as alternate id.

I’ m not sure since I use the same email as my coursera email address. If you didn’t receive the notification last time it could be because you used both ids. Mostly use Coursera (the same with the lab id you are using), I think its safer not to mess up. Hope it helps
