I cannot create the data stream e-c2w2lab1-kinesis-data-stream-cli request by the instruction.

Reason:
You don’t have the required permissions to create data streams.
Insufficient permissions. Contact your system administrator to request permissions.

The name should be de-c2w2lab1-kinesis-data-stream-cli (you missed the ‘d’ at the beginning)
