I am unable to open the AWS link by calling cat ../.aws/aws_console_url for the lab after rebooting it. How do I troubleshoot it? My lab id is bqcrcqjtfdko. Thanks!

Can you please try using a VPN or a proxy? Some AWS services might be unavailable on some restricted networks.
