I have an issue where the Jupyter Notebook “C3_W1_Lab_1_Storage_Types.ipynb” takes so long to load (please see screenshot).
I already rebooted multiple times.

It seems I could reproduce the issue after I used my bandwidth for some background downloads. Have you tried a different browser or follow these instructions to get a fresh notebook. Note the lab to load needs a stable connection (good signal if you use a laptop). This is my lab keeps loading while dowloading:
Error after the download ended and then worked after a simple restart, hope it helps:
