C3_W2_Assignment: Exercise 11 is ambiguous

I find Exercise 11 in the C3_W2_Assigment quite ambiguous.

Is the covariance meant to be between the first roll and the second roll (assuming 0 if the first roll doesn’t meet the condition)?

If so it seems like the “correct” answer is only true for some of the sum values.

I also don’t understand what this part of the assignment is asking for. I’ve submitted a report to the staff about it.
