C3_W2_Collaborative_RecSys_Assignment - Incorrect Bias' superscript

Hi there,

On ## 4 - Collaborative filtering learning algorithm

This is rather minor but it is still incorrect. The superscript of the Bias should be ‘j’ instead of ‘i’.

𝑦(𝑖,𝑗)=𝐰(𝑗)⋅𝐱(𝑖)+𝑏(𝑖)y(i,j)=w(j)⋅x(i)+b(i) <<

Would appreciate that if this could be corrected.
