Trying to submit the Programming Assignment 3 but getting grading error

Exercise 4:
Failed test case: The output of the cell with tag ‘ex04’ does not match the expected output.
Exercise 5:
Failed test case: The output of the cell with tag ‘ex05’ does not match the expected output.
Exercise 6:
Failed test case: The output of the cell with tag ‘ex05’ does not match the expected output.

I compared the output with the expected results. I am seeing the same output.

Hello @Shiji,

Could you check the names of the columns and capital letters. The outputs must be identical both the values and the names. Note the graded cells should have tags at the bottom left corner e.g. ex01. Thank you

Thanks. I had the first_name and last_name in upper case which was not the requirement.
