C3_W1_Assignment 1 - Grading issue

There was a problem grading your submission. Details:
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: ‘/shared/submission/submission.ipynb’

I have submitted the same files 5 times, without any changes, sometime it’s giving me the score of some exercise and some are missing. The 3rd one is the highest one i have achieve during submission, only missing score for this exercise 5, but in the other submission, this exercise 5 is scored with full scores. The total grade for this assignment should be 100%, please assist to request human review to solve the issue. Thank you.

I have reported this in the coursera report issue session at 22 Jan. Since then, no one has responded to me.

Can you click on one of the ‘>’ markers in the grader report, and post back the details? That may help with debugging the problem.

These are 2 submissions, you can see both of them giving full score for exercise 3 & 5, but not in a same submission, there are same file.

Hi @CheeHaw, thanks for raising this issue with such detail. I’m sorry you are having to deal with this issue. I have already raised this issue to Coursera, and hopefully it will be get solved soon enough.
