I forgot to download the utils.py file associated with the C3-W3 State-action value function notebook. Can anyone share it?

There are no api keys used in this course.

I don’t have the utils.py file either. Can you share it with me?

Using the notebook, use the “File” menu and select “Open”. You should see the utils.py file listed there.
