Welcome to the community. I don’t see a straight forward way to get your deleted notebook back, however How to Get a Clean Copy of an Assignment Notebook gives you steps to again get a fresh copy, could you please try and confirm

I followed the instructions in the link to get a clean copy of the assignment notebook, but unfortunately, it still doesn’t work. The notebook opens, but I cannot run any code cells. I also tried:
• Rebooting the server
• Restarting the kernel
• Opening a new notebook
• Reconnecting to the kernel
• Getting the latest lab version
But nothing seems to solve the issue. Could you please advise on what I can try next?
Could you try to click on “Get latest version” after renaming the existing one and then log off and log in and see if that resolves the issue
