you are using incorrect dataset to get your pred values refer below links to do correction

Finally! I figured it out!!! The mistake was that I did not use test_gen. I defined pred = model.predict(with Q1, Q2) but I had to define pred=model.predict(with test_gen) I guess, dataset format is key for model.predict input! Now it works. Thanks Deepti and Arvy! DS

C3W3 classify all test passed but when graded, the score is 0

You are suppose to define the v1 and v2 according to _, n_feature and not assign values directly. Refer this image and do the changes

or use search tool to resolve your issue by classify NLP with Sequence Models
