C3W4Assignment: Cannot download dog and cat pictures from specified URLs -> ERROR 403: Forbidden

Dear all,

I am currently working on the assignment of week 4 of course 3 of “TensorFlow: Advanced Techniques” and have encountered the following issue:

The download of the images cat1, cat2, catanddog, dog1, and dog2 using “!wget” failed with the error: “ERROR 403: Forbidden”.

Additionally, the URL directs me to an XML file with the message:
“The project to be billed is associated with a delinquent billing account.”
And the details: “The billing account for the owning project is disabled in state delinquent”

Three days ago, I was able to download the images without any issue. I did not make any code changes since then, therefore I am not sure how to resolve the issue.

Hi @chris.favila, I think there is an error with the Google bucket where these files are stored!

Hi, I think the reason is the same, but I have the same problem with the C3W1 Assignment with the caltech_birds2010 dataset.
