C4_W2_Assignment AWS Console URL is Blank even within minutes after launching

Even after launching Lab for “Assignment 2: Modeling and Transforming Text Data for ML”, I see the AWS Console is not launching. This happened within minutes from launching the lab (within the threshold of 15 minutes). Reason:
