Getting a connection error on 4.2.2. I have tried rebooting the EC2 instance to no avail.

Error: HTTPSConnectionPool(host=‘ec2-44-222-60-177.compute-1.amazonaws.com’, port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: / (Caused by SSLError(SSLEOFError(8, ‘[SSL: UNEXPECTED_EOF_WHILE_READING] EOF occurred in violation of protocol (_ssl.c:1000)’)))
