Also, after 5 mins, restarting by your instructions, I am not able to reconnect to VS Studio.
I am using the link in cloudFormation, but I have refused to connect error.
Any suggestions ?
I am loosing the chenges I have done ?

Can you please try with a new lab session to see if this is resolved. But, if VSCode is unaccessible and you can’t restart it, I suggest you fill out the lab refresh form. Thank you
