Can I download example datasets?

I’m working on the planar data classification programming assignment, and I’d like to mess around with the example dataset (the one that looks like a blue and red flower) in my own local environment, just to get more familiar with python. Is it possible to download the datasets used in the programming assignments? Or are they part of a publicly available library? If not, could you suggest a resource for small “textbook example” type datasets?

Use the File → Open menu, and see if the files are in your assignment folder. If so you can download them.

Also, you can use the “Lab Files” tab (if I recall the name correctly), and download everything as a zip archive.
