Can I still access course materials after completing the course and subscription is ended?
You may be able to access the videos and lessons, but not the quizzes and labs. Make sure to download the labs if you want to have later access to them.

@Jinyan_Liu, check out question A2 of this MLS FAQ for how to download all files of a lab. You can do it everytime you open a lab.
Make sure you have downloaded all the labs before completing all the graded items, if you wait until you complete the course, as @Juan_Olano said, you might lose the chance to do it.

You cannot download the quizzes.
How do you access the videos? I have completed MLS courses 1 and 2, but now I want to go back and review a couple of the videos, while I am working on Course 3. How would I do that without interfering with my progress on Course 3?

You should have full access to the video lectures for courses you have already completed. Just visit the home page for that course. This will not impact your progress in any other courses.
each specialisation has a number of courses which you can access if you have completed the course in the coursera page under achievement.
when you click the achievement page from the coursera, you will notice a list of courses completed and when you click you will get an option go to the course, on which you get the access. but as per as I remember access to paid subscription learners end the moment one complete the course as the payments are monthly. However when you have got a financial aid subscription, you get 6-month period access to course material on non-credited certification.

Thanks - I do not see how to get to a video from a previous course. I am currently working on “Course 3 - Unsupervised Learning, Recommenders, Reinforcement Learning” but I wanted to review “Backprop Intuition (Optional)” from Course 2. I don’t see how to get there.

The other navigation method is to go to the Coursera home page, and search for the “Machine Learning Specialization”. The home page for the Specialization will have a list of the entry pages for each course.
