I have been facing this issue since yesterday as well on DeepLearning.ai platform

Engineering informed us that there might be loading issues for labs in the DLAI Learning Platform (not Coursera). if you see such reports in the Forum, please let learners know that the team is already aware and it will be resolved as soon as possible.

It’s a known issue.
