When I try to launch the W1A3 assignment, the notebook shows 404 error.
This is at ‘/notebooks/W1A3/Improvise_a_Jazz_Solo_with_an_LSTM_Network_v4.ipynb’
I actually don’t know what to do.
The 404 error means your notebook does not exist. Either it got renamed or perhaps it was never created in the first place. Fortunately there is an easy way to get a fresh copy. It is documented on this thread, which is also linked from the DLS FAQ Thread.

Use “Help->Get latest version”.
Then reload the page.
