When opening the workbook I get this error. Can you help?

Can you clear your cache and browser history. Log out and re-log in Coursera and then try opening the notebook.

Also make sure your network connectivity is working well.

I have done all these and all the troubleshooting on the website. I’ve also tried old lab, updating the lab. I had this issue with another assignment but I was finished so I could submit. Any chance of how I restart the assignment as new? I don’t care about loosing my progress.

  1. Click file, then select open. You will find all the files related to the assignment. Here if you have saved a copy of your notebook with renaming other than what was mentioned. Then go ahead and delete the assignment notebook by selecting the particular notebook.
  2. Once deleted, you will find 404 not found image on your browser. Then close the browser.
  3. Open the assignment page again, when you open you will find 404 not found.
  4. At this time, click Help on the right hand top corner, where you will find Reboot. Click reboot.
  5. Then click the same help on the right hand top corner, then click Get latest version and then Update lab.
    Voila you have a fresh copy of your assignment notebook.
