Can't load NLTK stopwords Course 1 Week 2

Having an issue on the first code cell of W2 of the course. The output is:

[nltk_data] Error loading twitter_samples: <urlopen error [SSL:
[nltk_data] CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed:
[nltk_data] unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:1076)>
[nltk_data] Error loading stopwords: <urlopen error [SSL:
[nltk_data] CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed:
[nltk_data] unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:1076)>

Since this is a remote-hosted notebook, I’m not quite sure what to do. It appears to be running python 3.7.6. I did find some forum posts about some SSL issues in a beta version of 3.6, but I don’t think those would be affected.

I ran it in a freshly created local 3.10 environment and it downloaded fine, so it’s something in the notebook environment?

Any help would be appreciated!

A day later this seems to be working. Must have been an interim hiccup.
