Capstone Project Part 2 - SupersetUI can’t be reached

I attempted to access the Superset UI using the URL provided in the CloudFormation outputs, but encountered a This site can’t be reached. [IP Address] refused to connect. error. I verified the EC2 instance status, and it shows as running.

You are right. The EC2 instance is running and the specified port is accessible, but Superset UI is not available. I will report this and will keep you updated.

@Yuanzhe_LI I tried the lab again right now, and Superset is working fine. Can you please try again and see if the issue is resolved?

I see the UI but the credentials is incorrect. I got “Invalid login. Please try again.” when I use “admin” as both username and password. Please advise.

I got the same ‘invalid login’ error.

I have contacted the team, and they say they were not able to reproduce the issue. Can you please make sure that while inserting the password your keyboard language is on English and your Caps Lock is off?

I am also getting: “Invalid login. Please try again.” in Superset.

Please, make sure that your keyboard language is on English and the caps lock is off. If you are copying the password, make sure that no trailing spaces are included. If the issue persists, please fill the lab refresh form and try again after your lab is refreshed.
