Certificate Not Available After Course Completion – "Sequence Models

Dear Coursera Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I have recently completed the course “Sequence Models” by DeepLearning.AI, and the platform confirms that I have completed all weeks, videos, assignments, quizzes, and assessments successfully.

However, I am currently unable to access or download my course certificate. The “Get Certificate” button does not appear, and the certificate is also not available in my Accomplishments page.

I would appreciate your support in resolving this issue and granting access to the certificate if all completion criteria have been met.

Before contacting support, please double-check the course page, at the top of the weekly sections, remaining items of the course. Make sure all required items are marked as completed. Also, ensure that you are still enrolled in the course and that your subscription is active; without an active enrollment, the certificate may not be generated. If everything is completed and you’re still enrolled, the certificate should appear automatically under the “Accomplishments” section.

In addition:

Problems with getting your certificate will have to be answered by Coursera. DLAI doesn’t issue the certificates.
