Certificate not available for MLS course 3 after completion of 100% assignments

I am a pro user and finished all graded assignmnts and full course on deep learning platform.

I do not see the certificate available for download.

Hi, and welcome to the Forum! Can you check your My Learning dashboard and verify that the course certificate is also not there? It should appear at the top section.

However, I dont see the certificate there as well. I only see one previous certifcate from course 2.

I see. Let me forward this to the team and get back to you. It might take a while because it’s the weekend but rest assured this will be resolved.

If you have time, you can check every quiz and graded lab to see if you’ve passed all of them. Those are usually the culprits here. Thanks.

Thanks @chris.favila for replying on weekend! I appreciate the prompt help. I will wait for the team to get back and in mean while i will check all assignments one more time.

Thank you. By the way, I noticed your dashboard only shows the Course 2 certificate. Do you have the same problem in Course 1? I can ask the team to check that as well. Or it’s just not there because you haven’t completed it?

Ahh, thats because I completed the audit of course 1 from coursera. then I wanted to work on lab, so I purchased the pro membership on deeplearning and finished the labs + course 2 and 3. I think i have to finish watching the course 1 lectures in deeplearning platform to get certificate. I am doing it now.

@chris.favila I went through all the material and found that 1 quiz was pending. After finishing it, I can now see all the certificates!!
I am sorry for the trouble :frowning:

Great! Thank you for the update and glad you got the certificate. The team is aware of this UI issue. The next iterations should make it easier for learners to find incomplete items.

As for C1, you may have to do all the items (i.e. including graded labs and quizzes) as well there to get both the individual course certificate and the MLS Professional Certificate for completing all three courses.
