I have completed DLS C2 , but I have no access to Coursera certificate and it’s already been hours.
I went to the page of the course to check if it was a certificate course and it is.
So I request you to look into it.

Check by clicking on your profile logo of Coursera page, then click on Accomplishments to get details on your course completed. when you click to the course mentioned, you get a page with your certification mentioned related to Course 2 only

Did you click on the course mentioned here in the image?
Yes it opens to the home page of the course
as you can see there’s no certificate in C2
Did you try clicking on download certificate? what I mean clicking on course 2, what does it open, if you have completed the course, the certificate should reflect
That image is of C1… C2 the second image does not mention about a certificate
Can you try clearing your cache and browsing history, and then login in coursera, and check if course 2 completion is reflected?

Can you check if you haven’t missed or not passed any grading exercise like quiz, assignment or labs???
make sure you have watched all the videos as your completion shows 96% and not 100%
Did you raise a ticket about this at the Learner Helper Centre?

just in case you have followed all the highlighted pointer, then raise issue at Coursera, they will respond in a week to 10 days.

Finally done with the support of Help Center.

Even I have lost certificate to a course like this and it’s Coursera issue. they take their time, but they do address. When they don’t respond to your issue, you surely can inform here.
