I am not finding chatbot in Jupyter , i am learning AI Python for beginners chapter 4, pls help me to locate chatbot to type “ Hello World”

The chatbots are provided within the lectures involving Jupyter notebooks. For example, this is the first lesson. In the instructions, you will see steps of making the chatbot visible if it already is not.
