Hello @Adeel_Hasan, I suggest you to check out the link to matplotlib’s tutorial in B.1 in this post. You may have a glance over what you can find out there, imagine what you would need to form the final plot, learn those elements one at a time through the tutorials, and construct your final plot up piece by piece.
