I completed the specialisation a few days ago. I want to take notes from the lab on reinforcement learning, but my subscription has expired, and I can’t access the labs.

Can anyone share with me the .ipynb file?

I am sorry to hear that. The fact is we cannot share lab because of the code of conduct. I suggest you to contact Cousera and tell them your situation and ask them to give you temporary access. I have heard someone had done that.
