For the coif_cost_func test I repeatedly get 13.97 rather than 13.62 although I am pretty confident my regularization is accurate. I would appreciate some assistance. Thanks
Are you talking about the practice lab for k-means? Which exercise is it? I cannot find any coif_cost_func, can you check the name again?
