Course datasets

Hello
I finished the course “DeepLearning.AI TensorFlow Developer Professional Certificate” on Coursera last year. Now, to prepare for the google tensorflow certificate exam, I would like to repeat some of the exercises done. Would it be possible to get the assignment datasets without having to repurchase the course?
Thank you

Hi, Enrico.

Sorry, but I don’t know of a way to do that. If you are no longer paying the subscription for DLS, then you lose access to the assignments. There is a topic on the DLS FAQ Thread which shows how to download the assignments, including the datasets, but it requires access to the course assignments. The recommendation on that thread is also to download things as a backup while you are taking each course, but I guess that is useful for you only as advice for the future at this point. Sorry I can’t offer a better alternative, but you could pay for one month to perform the downloads.

But the good news is that there are plenty of (free) sources for datasets to use for training ML models, e.g. the Kaggle website or ImageNet or …

Paul

In addition to Paul‘s great suggestion: also on scikitlearn you can find some data sets which have made it as some „standard“ or at least well known toy or real world data for some data science examples. You can find some inspiration in this thread, @Enrico_Manosperti:
