Would it make sense to do this course as the last course in Deep Learning Specialization (after courses 4 and 5)?

Yes, I think you can view Course 3 as independent. The material in Courses 4 and 5 does not really depend on Course 3. Course 5 also does not really depend on Course 4 material explicitly, but it does implicitly depend on the increased familiarity with TF/Keras that you get in Course 4 and just the level of complexity of the concepts in Course 4 in general. So technically I think you could do 3, 4 and 5 in any order, but if you jumped directly from Course 2 to Course 5, I think you’d find it pretty challenging.
